Born from a deep-seated desire to connect more authentically with nature, our journey is about transforming spaces into thriving ecosystems that everyone can cherish.
Our rootsHi, we’re William & Elliot and we both lead Conscious Landscape.
We created Conscious Landscape out of a shared desire to be in service of the restoration and regeneration of natural landscapes. Moving away from the narrative around sustainability, we wanted to play a role in actively regenerating.
We work with landowners to restore, regenerate, and manage land in a considered and ecological way. As well as our own skills and knowledge, we draw from our network of trusted specialists including ecologists, food growers, horticulturists, farmers, builders, and innovators all leading in their fields.

Arthur Petherbridge
WOODLAND & DEER MANAGEMENT
Arthur is a seasoned arborist, a woodland manager, a DSC2 deer manager and an overall adventurer. He channels his passion for wild areas and the animals that populate them, to offer a rounded and respectful approach to resolving deer related issues, sensitively and creatively. Arthur’s connection to the land has forged in him a deep respect and recognition of the importance of it, in all our lives. As a passionate outdoorsman, he has delved into the world of silviculture, deer and nature’s ecosystems.
With his diverse training and experience, Arthur has founded The Wild Order. The Wild Order is delighted to be working alongside Conscious Landscape.

Matt Somerville
BEE KIND HIVES
Alongside many things, Matt designs and builds natural, minimal intervention bee hives encouraging healthier and more vigorous bees. Based on his extensive knowledge of the natural processes of bees, he is leading the charge of rewilding the honey bee in the United Kingdom.
His considered and bee centered approach prioritises the health of the colony and the many ecosystem services they provide. Conscious Landscape are big advocates of Bee Kind Hives and aim to include them in all designs.
