Introduction Call and Site Visit
After our introduction, we will visit you and your land to understand your vision, ideas and the context for the proposed project. This allows us to tailor a proposal to align with your personal and business needs.
Analysis
We start by assessing topographic mapping, water flows, soil tests, ecological surveys, historical and current land uses and more. This gives us the detail needed to know how to nurture what exists and what else can be included to match your need for the project at hand.
Design Plans
We work collaboratiely with you, taking the time to craft the design together and ensuring it responds to all your needs. We produce high level concepts to detailed planting and layout plans. Mood boards, colour schemes,
Implementation Plans
With the design signed off, we prepare all the technical details you need to bring the design to life whether working within your team or with external contractors. This includes a bill of quantities, budgets, implementation sequences, management plans and more.
Planning and Funding Support
In a lot of our projects we are on hand to assist with planning applications, whether it be prior approvals or full planning applications we have experience in working in and out of protected areas such as the South Downs National Park and the High Weald AONB. We can also explore funding opportunities to support the proejct. Such as SFI, Countryside Stewardship and FIPL schemes as we are experienced in this complex process.
